Although the Executive meets just four times a year we are looking for someone who would give time to be proactive in developing the charity, which is looking to become incorporated in the near future. In addition to minuting Executive meetings, the Secretary will also keep polices and procedures and the Business Plan which should be updated annually, with input from all trustees, and also maintain contact with the Charity Commission.
SkillsIn addition to managing the administrative arrangements of agendas and minutes of meetings and the AGM, wider company secretarial experience would be useful although we would welcome applications from those who are enthusiastic and want to increase their own skills and experience. Basic IT skills would be necessary.
