Driver (Fareham)

"We ask our drivers to commit to three to four hours one Sunday a month and to contact their older guest/s a few days before the monthly tea party to make sure they know when they are going to pick them up.

The volunteer drivers will pick up between 1 and 3 elderly people from their homes one Sunday afternoon per month and take them to a host family for afternoon tea.

Groups usually meet on the same Sunday each month. The group co-ordinator will provide dates in advance.

Volunteer drivers will be required to sign a declaration confirming that their vehicle insurance company is aware of the intention to provide this service."
