Can you help us solve the loneliness crisis? Do you want to make more friends?
We know from experience that people live happier and more fulfilled lives if they are able to enjoy the companionship of like-minded people, stay physically and mentally active and mix with friends. We can offer our volunteers fun, friendship and a chance to contribute. We’ll provide essential training, support and a chance for you to develop your skills.
Roles can be tailored to your interests and we have many different club activities for you to get involved in from exercise to games and from cooking to dancing and singing. We need people to help set up rooms, meet and greet people, help with tea and cake as well as book-keeping, chairing meetings and putting together activity programmes.
If you think this might be for you please let us have your phone number or email address and we’ll contact you for an informal conversation about these opportunities.
