ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT VOLUNTEER

This is an administration role assisting with Live at Home Scheme office management and includes the following:

  • Photocopying
  • Filing and Scanning documents
  • Shredding confidential documents
  • Posting promotional marketing documents such as Newsletters and Leaflets
  •  Any other office based work  which supports local Live at Home Schemes

Skills

ü  Have good verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

ü  Have excellent organisation skills

ü  An eye for detail

ü  Working on own initiative

ü  Self-motivated

ü  Are prepared to undergo an induction into the role

ü  Are comfortable volunteering as part of a team of volunteers and staff
